On-line Registration begins for current Early Childhood – 12th grade students on Friday, March 20, 2020 and is due no later than Friday, April 10, 2020.
Registration fees are due at the time of registration.

If you have a student that will be entering Kindergarten in the fall and you have been through the registration process in the past, including the early childhood program, here are the following options:
Attend Kindergarten Registration Day:
Friday, February 28, 2020 at Prairie View from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
OR
Send in the initial registration forms found at this link for your current student. Please be sure to download the forms for 2020-2021 school year. We will need you to bring in the original birth certificate to be copied for your students file.
If you already have a student in grades EC – 12th grade and you currently own your residence, you will not be required to prove residency again for your 2020-2021 Kindergarten student. Those families that rent or are hosted will be required to complete the residency paperwork again starting on Friday, May 1, 2020. Those students who have not completed the residency process by the start of school will be excluded.

We would like your feedback about Prairie View Grade School. All parents are invited to participate in the parent supplement survey of the Illinois 5Essentials Survey beginning on December 4, 2019. The survey will be open through December 20, 2019. This survey gives feedback in five key areas. In addition, this feedback is an important indicator on the Illinois Report Card in which we received Commendable this past school year.
We need at least 20 percent participation of parents to respond to the survey. While the parent data will not be made public, the parent report will enable us to make considerations based on the response given. District 301 administers this survey annually in order to determine trends that can be used for school improvement practices.
Please consider supporting our continual improvement efforts by logging onto https://survey.5-essentials.org/Illinois/ from December 4th through 20th, 2019 and completing the survey for Prairie View Grade School.
